About Meadow of Light Spiritual Readings

Meet Mae the Medium

As long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by ghosts, spirits and the other side. I felt an inner calling to understand the mysteries of life and answer the deeper questions like "why are we here?". I've also had always had an inner knowing, a voice that felt like it was leading me to the truth of the interconnectedness of everything in the universe. With this openness, I also experienced a lot of paranormal activity around me as well as visions and messages that seemed to come from the other side. While initially fearful of the messages and visions I was getting, I decided to finally open my heart to the light and learned it was a gift that I was able to share with others who were hurting and in need of healing. While I am constantly a work in progress, I have found that the opportunity to spread the light and help others in their healing journey has been the most rewarding experience. It has also allowed me to gather some universal truths about humanity, truths that I believe we all know and can feel within our hearts but can sometimes forget.

"Where flowers bloom, so does hope."

- Lady Bird Johnson

Many meditations have you imagine somewhere peaceful, quiet and beautiful. For me that can be a forest, mountain or most often a beautiful wildflower meadow. I am blessed to live in lovely West Michigan where the windows in the back of our home have a view of a hill leading up to a forest on which gorgeous wildflowers grow in the summer. Sitting and looking out at the trees and the wildflowers give me a sense of tranquility that I do not take for granted. In the late summer the fireflies come out of the forest and it feels ethereal to sit and watch to the soundtrack of crickets, tree frogs and locusts.

One evening my husband told me that I had to go look at the wildflowers because the Queen Anne flowers were glowing like little white orbs on the hill. With that, it hit me...Meadow of Light. I can't imagine anything more peaceful. What a beautiful analogy for connection with spirit, each connection like a glowing beacon of light in the darkness. And the wildflowers, able to grow in the most unlikely places ...they teach us that we can adapt and flourish out of even the darkest times.

It is my hope that the reading you receive will bring you the same peace and healing many of us experience while sitting in a tranquil meadow.
